Boston, MA, United States — January 30, 2026 — Grandstream, connecting the world with unified communications and networking solutions since 2002, announces the full integration of the UCM6300 and UCM6300A IP PBXs with Axinite’s EasyTax platform. This integration centralizes telephony usage data for billing and hospitality services through HRS mode.
The integration relies on two complementary mechanisms:
- Real-time CDR output for call logging, billing, and statistics.
- PMS communication via API for room control and hotel management services.
The UCM sends detailed call records to EasyTax over a TCP connection: caller, recipient, duration, direction, and route or trunk used. EasyTax processes and categorizes this data, then applies the corresponding rates to calculate call costs. In HRS mode, EasyTax communicates directly with the UCM via Grandstream’s PMS API to open and close room lines at check-in and check-out, trigger wake-up calls, and configure call forwarding rules for DID/DDI assignment.
